Effective Date: March 22, 2026
This Member Drive Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between The Global Information Network (“GIN,” “the Club,” “we,” or “us”) and the individual participant (“you” or “Participant”).
By checking the box and submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms below.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the GIN Member Drive (“Member Drive”), you must:
- Be a current Member in good standing with The Global Information Network; and
- Remain in good standing throughout your participation in the Member Drive.
2. Commission Structure
- You will receive a 30% commission on all Membership and upgrade dues collected from new members you personally refer to the Club using one of the official methods provided in the membership drive section of the Global Information Network website.
- You will receive a 15% commission on all Membership and upgrade dues collected from new members you personally refer to the club, but that are converted into members by one of the GIN sales representatives instead of being converted into membership by you. For example, you enter their name in the “invitee form” but the person books a call with one of the GIN sales representatives, and joins while on the call. In this instance, you would get 15% commission in order to make the exchange equitable for yourself and the sales representative.
- There are no additional splits of commission beyond the amounts referenced above.
- The commissions are calculated against the gross amount collected by GIN.
- Commissions will be paid no later than the end of the month following the month in which the dues were received by GIN.
- All payments will be made in accordance with GIN’s internal accounting and payment procedures.
3. Commission Eligibility
- You must use one of the approved referral methods outlined in the Membership drive section of the website to earn commissions. There is a 72 hour grace period after someone joins where you may indicate you were the referral source. Only if the new Member agrees that you referred them will you be given the commission for that new Member sign up. Outside of this 72 hour grace period, there are no retroactive commissions granted if you failed to utilize an approved method. For example, a friend of yours joins GIN but does not use your affiliate link. You do not enter their name in the “invitee form.” 3 Months later you realize you referred them and you email Member Support. In this case, you will not qualify for commissions.
- In the event a member cancels, and GIN staff recovers them for you, you will earn a 15% commission on the Membership and upgrade dues collected.
4. Marketing Assets and Conduct
- Participants are only authorized to use official marketing materials provided by The Global Information Network.
- Authorized marketing assets are available in the Member Drive area of the GIN website. Participants may not use other marketing materials outside of what is available in the Member drive area. GIN logos or symbols may not be used without written permission from The Global Information Network.
- You may not create, modify, or distribute any other marketing materials, images, videos, or written content representing GIN.
- You agree not to act in any way that is disparaging to GIN, its leadership, members, or affiliates.
- As a membership drive participant, you will have the ability to buy Your Wish is Your Command books at wholesale. You agree NOT to sell these copies to anyone. In other words, you agree not to become a wholesale buyer who then attempts to sell the books at retail.
- Any violation of these marketing or conduct terms may result in immediate termination of your participation and possible review and termination of your GIN membership status.
- Any violation of The Global Information Network code of conduct or GIN membership agreement may also be grounds for termination in the member drive and potentially membership in GIN.
4. Termination
- The Global Information Network reserves the right to terminate the Member Drive at any time, for any reason or no reason at all.
- GIN also reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Member Drive at its sole discretion if you violate any of these terms or engage in conduct deemed inconsistent with the spirit or reputation of the Club.
- Termination may also result in a review or revocation of your general GIN membership.
5. Independent Status
- You acknowledge that participation in the Member Drive does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between you and GIN.
- You are acting as an independent participant solely for purposes of earning commissions as described herein.
6. Modification of Terms
- GIN reserves the right to amend or modify this Agreement at any time. Any updated terms will be posted in the Member Drive area of the website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of such changes.
7. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and The Global Information Network regarding the Member Drive and supersedes any prior communications or representations relating to it.
Acknowledgment and Consent
By agreeing to participate you confirm that:
- You are a current member in good standing of The Global Information Network.
- You have read and understood this Agreement.
- You agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth herein.
